Helpful Information

This agreement is to verify your participation in Ella Branding Agency llc and Creative Solutions LLC Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring Pop up Shops on. 

Event dates and venue: Eckington Hall Saturday August 26th,  Saturday September 23rd, November 18th  and December 9th including all the upcoming dates in 2023/2024. 

Each Small Business Vendor will be provided one table and 2 chairs** (depending of the location). We do not provide tables and chairs at Eckington Hall. Vendor must check the detail about amenities provided when they apply. Tablecloths and displays are not mandatory but strongly recommended. 

Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stand however, if you need an additional table, you MUST notify team prior the event and Extra Vending fee may be applied. Outlets are available and limited at the venue. We are not responsible of electronic safety, fire, slide or any civil liability. Alcohol brewage and cannabis edible are strictly prohibited. All vendors are responsible of their business licensing and establishment accurate with the District of Columbia. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 6x6 display size. Larger display should give prior the event coordinator an additional $65 per table, if your display doesn't meet event display requirement and space provided. 

Creative solutions LLC and Ella Branding Agency are not liable for any accident or incidents that occur while vendors, sponsors or shoppers are on the exposition floor and facility. In addition, Creative Solutions LLC and Ella Branding Agency assume no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and products effects. 

Registration fees and Vending fees are NOT REFUNDABLE, NOT TRANSFERABLE.
